Bombshell Beautii Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Ready-to-ship products may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit:

• Custom-order hair extensions (including I-Tips, K-Tips, Microloop Extensions, Tape-Ins, Bulk Hair, and similar made-to-order products)
• Custom-colored hair
• Custom wigs
• Hair Included Packages
• Clearance, promotional, or discounted items
• Worn, installed, washed, brushed, chemically processed, or altered hair
• Units with cut lace, removed tags, disrupted curl patterns, or damaged packaging

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. By purchasing a custom-order product, you acknowledge that the item is produced or sourced specifically for your order and is therefore final sale.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and complete the return form. Include your Order #, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Package items with your original packing slip. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service.

  • Please double-check your package before sending; Bombshell Beautii is not responsible for non-Bombshell Beautii products shipped back.

  • Customers are responsible for retaining their return tracking information until the exchange or return has been completed. Bombshell Beautii is not responsible for return packages that cannot be verified as shipped or delivered.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive your return.

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees and optional shipping insurance are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, submit a request via our Contact Us page within 7 business days. We will promptly review your claim and resolve the issue.

6. Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided was invalid or incomplete.

  • The carrier was unable to deliver.

  • The order was refused at delivery.

Returned orders will be restocked, and refunds will be issued minus the original shipping charge.

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout. Bombshell Beautii is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Cancellation

  • Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

  • Custom-order products, including I-Tips, K-Tips, Microloops, Tape-Ins, Bulk Hair, custom wigs, and custom-colored hair, may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Because these products are sourced or manufactured specifically for the customer, all custom-order sales are final.
